Through the High Water Initiative, we provide the technical lab and character-driven foundation necessary for individuals to master the fashion, entertainment, and business industries.
Our marketing department produces high-performance assets for global campaigns and seeks a Growth Architect to lead the execution of our “High Water” print and online strategies. You should be prepared to operate in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment, gaining broad exposure to the inner workings of an international arts tour.
Responsibilities
-Media Architecture: Design and deploy branded signage, newsletters, and email campaigns that reflect the “High Water” industrial aesthetic.
-High Water Content (Reels): Support social media efforts by coordinating with the Media Team in the Door Studio to target new global audiences with high-impact digital assets.
-Showcase Promotion: Assist with the execution of the “Big 3” showcases—The Experience, CAP, and JamFest—to increase brand attendance and prestige.
-Industry Intelligence: Research and analyze competitor materials to ensure Prime & Prim remains the premier destination for professional artist development.
-Executive Collaboration: Contribute to high-level team presentations for management and corporate sponsors.
Requirements & Character Standards

-Educational Foundation: Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
