Public Relations Specialist
March 12, 2026Prime & Prim Studio of the Arts is seeking a Public Relations & Outreach Specialist to serve as a key architect in our 2026 High Water Initiative. You will be responsible for managing the brand narrative and public-facing content for our elite Cultural Incubator. This role ensures that our message is consistent, timely, and reflects our strategic shift toward industry-ready artist development and global cultural impact.
Responsibilities
-Media Architecture: Direct the public relations department to align with the High Water strategic vision, working with media outlets to publish press releases, brochures, and digital materials.
-Digital Narrative & Reels: Collaborate with the Media Production team to ensure all Reels and digital assets captured in the Door Studio meet the “High Water” professional aesthetic.
-Community Diplomacy: Build and sustain online communities and maintain relationships with media outlets to grow our supporter base.
-Event Documentation: Oversee the documentation of company presence at our “Big 3” showcases—The Experience, CAP, and JamFest—including photography and video publication.
-Strategic Framing: Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency across all communication channels, including education and development materials.
-Partnership Evaluation: Continuously evaluate opportunities for high-level partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising that align with the 2026 International Tour goals.
-Brand Advocacy: Advocate for the Prime & Prim brand with external stakeholders, ensuring a consistent framing of the “High Water” message.
Requirements & Character Standards
-Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, or a related field.
-The Brookland Standard: Must demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the Six Pillars of Character (Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship).
-Industry Proficiency: Expert knowledge of social media community management and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
