Responsibilities:
The Speech Therapist provides evaluation, treatment, and support services to individuals with communication, speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. This role is dedicated to improving functional communication, feeding, and social interaction skills across a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. The therapist works collaboratively with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, participation, and overall quality of life. Provides supervision for a Speech-Language Pathology graduate student and/or clinical fellow (CF).

Education and/or Experience:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and complex communication needs preferred. Knowledge of AAC, assistive technology, and feeding/swallowing interventions, and inclusive educational practices.

Work Schedule:
Primarily 8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Annual Salary: $65,000.00
