DHK Sports is expanding from its Laurens County Sports based to a new website, Electric City Sports, in Anderson County, with plans for a third site, Furman ATT, by fall.
Caleb Gilbert, general manager of the Anderson site, worked part-time at Laurens County Sports until his recent graduation from the University of South Carolina. The new hire is to begin working as a writer, photographer and advertising salesperson for DHK Sports with an opportunity for rapid advancement. Once a reliable advertising base is established at Electric City Sports, the job will be increasingly concerned with sports journalism.
