Joe Durkin has joined Colliers International | South Carolina’s Charleston office as a Brokerage Associate, focusing on the sale of net leased and retail assets including single-tenant properties, shopping centers and retail strip centers.
After graduating from Bentley University, near Boston, Durkin worked as a financial analyst for a high net worth wealth management firm on Wall Street. Before moving to Charleston, he started his commercial real estate career in Boston as an investment sales broker, where he underwrote in excess of $600 million worth of projects.
