John and Caterrace Moore join Coldwell Banker Caine in Spartanburg

Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed John and Caterrace Moore to its Spartanburg office. John joins Caine as a residential agent and will work with his wife and licensed assistant, Caterrace. Highschool sweethearts, John and Caterrace were both born and raised in the Upstate and love everything about their flourishing city, Spartanburg. Growing up, John remembers learning about real estate and aspiring to one day help clients find their dream homes.
Prior to establishing careers in real estate, John and Caterrace held careers in the medical field for a combined total of 31 years, with Caterrace still upholding her license today. Working in operating rooms as a sales representative and a registered nurse, John and Caterrace have learned to overcome adversity with grace, to pay close attention to detail, and to advocate for patients and clients alike. Whether upsizing, downsizing or buying their first home, John and Caterrace work tirelessly for their clients to help them feel confident in their decisions.
In their personal time, John and Caterrace enjoy being with their two daughters, traveling, and giving back to the community. To support their local community and give back to those that have supported their family, the Moores have spearheaded bookbag and coat drives across the Upstate.
