John Criminger Joins NAI Avant

Columbia, S.C. (Sept. 14, 2007) – The Columbia-S.C.-based commercial real estate firm of NAI Avant is pleased to announced that John Criminger has joined its Property and Construction Management Division as a property manager.
John’s duties will include responsibility for an extensive property management portfolio of various property types including retail, office and warehouse/industrial properties. He received his B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina.

Through its 60 employees and agents, the firm provides comprehensive brokerage, leasing, development and property management services. The company brokers in excess of $300 million annually.
