JPS Industries, Inc. Announces Election of Directors

GREENVILLE, SC – JPS Industries, Inc. (JPST.PK), a leading manufacturer of composite materials, announced the results of the election of directors at its 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on Thursday, February 19, 2015. The Company’s slate of director nominees – Michael B. Brodsky, Robert J. Capozzi, Michael L. Fulbright, Alan B. Howe, and Mikel H. Williams – were elected as directors to serve a one-year term. 96% of the Company’s outstanding stock was represented and voted at the Annual Meeting.

In excess of 90% of the votes cast by stockholders other than SPH Group Holdings, Inc. were voted in favor of the Company’s nominees. The Company thanks its stockholders for their support.
