Junior Achievement of Central South Carolina Announces New President

COLUMBIA, SC – February 9, 2010 – Stephanie Stuckey has been named president of Junior Achievement of Central South Carolina. Prior to being named president, Stuckey served as interim president and vice president for the organization.
As president of the local Junior Achievement office, Stuckey will oversee a staff of three, who manage the organization’s work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy programs that will reach 7,000 K-12 students within twenty-two South Carolina counties during the 2009-10 school year.
Stephanie’s extensive experience will be invaluable to the organization, said Henri Baskins, Regional Director for AT&T, and chair of the board of directors of Junior Achievement of Central South Carolina. We are pleased to have her running our operation. The leadership Stephanie will provide will help ensure the future success of JA in our central South Carolina area.
A Virginia native, Stuckey graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Stuckey and her husband Will, reside in Columbia with their daughters Ella and Piper.
