KDS Commercial Properties adds Miller

GREENVILLE, SC – October 18, 2013 – Bobby Miller, CCIM, has joined the KDS Commercial Properties advisor team as a specialist in the area of retail, investment and land tract sales.
Miller began his career on Wall Street with the Middle Market Banking Group of Chemical Bank. This lending group focused on working capital, asset based and equipment financing for companies with annual sales of $250 million to $750 million.
He has lived in South Carolina for more than 20 years, and spent the past 13 years in the commercial brokerage business. At KDS Commercial Properties, he will focus his efforts in the Upstate and is competently diversified in his field of expertise to include investment, retail, and single-family land development transactions. He also has extensive knowledge in landlord representation.
A native of the Orlando area, Miller was a member of the University of South Carolina’s 1985 World Series team. He is married and has two daughters and a son.
