Keller Williams Upstate Announces Lynda Sams, Broker In Charge

GREENVILLE, SC – Keller Williams Upstate announced the addition of Lynda Sams, as their new Broker In Charge. Lynda is a past President of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, Past MLS Chair, and former Region 6 Vice President of the South Carolina Association of Realtors. Lynda is also a graduate and past chair of the South Carolina Association Leadership Class, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, a Certified Residential Specialist, 2001 Realtor of the year, and multiple top producer awards throughout her career in Real Estate. Lynda has many years of experience with large firms, small firms, and 
onsite construction companies.
She attended Oglethorpe University in Atlanta where she met her husband, Jerry, who is retired from Greenville Technical College. He is her biggest supporter along with her son, Chris, and granddaughter, Maddie. Lynda is excited about the opportunity to work at the Keller Williams Upstate and sites the positive work environment, the “agent first approach to the business”, education/coaching for agents, unique wealth building opportunities, and the continued growth as the major factors to her decision.
Lynda steps into this role as of 1/15/2015 while the acting Broker in Charge, Bill Lawton, will be launching the all new Productivity Coaching for Agents in the KW Upstate office.
