Kiawah River honored with 2022 Builder’s Choice Design Award

Kiawah River, a waterfront community and the Charleston region’s first agrihood, announced today it was awarded the Grand Award in “Urban and Community Planning” during the 2022 Builder’s Choice Design Awards by Builder Magazine.
Open to builders, architects, remodelers, and more, the Builder’s Choice Design competition accepts entries at various project scales and styles—from single rooms to entire communities. For more than three decades, the program has celebrated innovation in residential design and issues two levels of awards, grand and merit, based on criteria including design excellence, innovation, sustainability, floor plan efficiency and use of materials.
