Kick 4 Kids: World’s Largest Kickball Festival Coming to Laurens
March 11, 2026A day of friendly competition, family activities, and community fun is planned for Laurens this spring as local organizations team up to host the World’s Largest Kickball Festival – Kick 4 Kids.
The event will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Collyar Park Drive in Laurens. Registration for teams begins at 9:00 a.m., and the day promises to be packed with games, entertainment, and activities for all ages.
Kick 4 Kids is designed to bring the community together while raising funds for important local initiatives. The event is hosted by Bridging the Gap Advocacy, the LDHS Baseball Alumni Association, and the YMCA, organizations committed to supporting youth and strengthening families across Laurens County.
The centerpiece of the festival is the co-ed kickball tournament, where teams of up to 20 players (ages 2 to 100) will compete for fun and bragging rights. Team registration is $100 per team, and organizers encourage businesses, churches, families, and community groups to form teams and join the competition.
Spectators are also invited to join the fun. Admission to the festival is $5, and there will be plenty of activities and entertainment throughout the day.
In addition to the kickball tournament, attendees can enjoy line dancing demonstrations by the LCLD Team, a bouncy house for kids, a Longest Kick Contest, a cornhole contest, and a chance for kids to win free Big Air jump passes.
Food will be available throughout the event at the concession stand, featuring hot dog plates, fish sandwiches, and Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
Organizers say the goal of Kick 4 Kids is simple: create a fun-filled day that brings people together while supporting youth-focused programs and community outreach.
Community members interested in forming a team or learning more about the event can contact Calvin Whitmire at 864-200-1144 for additional information.
With games, food, music, and activities planned for all ages, Kick 4 Kids is shaping up to be one of Laurens’ most energetic community events of the spring. Organizers are encouraging everyone to gather their teams, bring their families, and get ready for a day of kickball and community spirit.
