Kisha Lyles joins Avison Young team in Charleston

Kisha Lyles joined Avison Young, Intelligent Real Estate Solutions Group, on October 18, 2017 as an associate commercial real estate broker specializing in the retail sector.

Kisha has a long history of service. Her grandfather, father, and brother all served in the military. By way of the military, Kisha is from Colorado.

Kisha also has strong business acumen. A driven entrepreneur, she launched Southeast Uniform Solutions, LLC in the late 90’s and sold her interests after 5 years. As a cor­porate professional, Kisha invested seven years developing retail, enterprise, and governmental relationships in the Lowcountry, Midlands, and Upstate as a Major Account Manager for Verizon Wireless. Her robust solution-oriented skill-sets include, IOT [internet of things] SMART-City, SMART-Building initiatives, portfolio management, and win-win contract negotiation.

Kisha has a dynamic personality, a trustworthy work ethic, and an innate willingness to serve her community.
