Kolter at The Ponds to reschedule grand opening event

Kolter Homes at The Ponds announces that their Grand Opening event scheduled for October 10 is postponed. At this time, no date has been selected for the Grand Opening.
Mike McLendon, Vice President of Kolter Homes said, “Dorchester County has suffered extremely and it is anticipated to continue to be impacted by rising waters as a result of the flooding and rain from this weekend’s storms. Many roads and bridges in the vicinity of The Ponds have been swamped and many families in our greater community are trying to cope with the devastation of their homes. Due to this, we are postponing the grand opening. Our hearts and prayers are with residents of the state of South Carolina and the tri-county.”
