Kristie Roe of Beach Commercial Receives Prestigious 2008 Realtor of Distinction Award

CHARLESTON, SC – March 2, 2009 – The Beach Company is proud to announce Kristie Roe, CCIM, SIOR of Beach Commercial, the commercial brokerage division of The Beach Company, has been recognized as a 2008 Realtor of Distinction by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors.
Roe, already a multiple recipient of the Realtor of Distinction award, was one of only nine commercial recipients presented the award during the 2008 Awards Ceremony held at the Daniel Island Club on February 17, 2009. The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors gives this distinction to recognize individuals for their outstanding sales achievement, participation in continuing education beyond licensing requirements, contribution of their time and talents for the benefit of the industry and the community and their strict adherence to the Realtors Code of Ethics.
Kristie Roe has been with Beach Commercial since 1999 and specializes in office brokerage and leasing and investment sales of income-producing properties. In addition to receiving multiple Realtor of Distinction awards, she was recognized as Beach Commercial’s Top Producer of the Year in 2004 and 2007. Roe is also the first woman in Charleston, SC and just the third in the state to achieve the dual designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
