Ladd James joins Hood Construction

Hood Construction Company announces the addition of Ladd James to our Project Management Team. Ladd joined Hood Construction this spring, bringing with him over 17 years of experience in the construction industry. His strong attention to detail, along with his honest and clear communication style, is a strong compliment to the culture Hood is dedicated to cultivating.
Currently, Ladd is working on the 35,500 SF Toby’s Place for Women and Children project in Forest Acres. His organized and coordinated management style ensures each project milestone is met, while keeping all budgetary and technical requirements smoothly on target. Ladd has a great deal of experience with procurement of building materials, management of trade partners and close coordination with manufacturers. “In May, we proudly celebrated the 30-year anniversary of our firm, and were thrilled to have Ladd officially on board as a valued part of our management team!” said Mark Hood, President and CEO.
