Lakeside Lodge Clemson breaks ground, officially under construction

Lakeside Lodge Clemson, Clemson’s first luxury condo hotel, is has broken ground and is now under construction. To date, Lakeside Lodge Clemson has sold more than 55 condominiums resulting in approximately $25 million in sales.

The project will feature 118 residences with a mix of studio, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condos on Lake Hartwell. Amenities will include food and beverage service, a pool and hot tub, walking paths, fire pit, football field, outdoor tailgating areas, meeting space, a signature restaurant and fitness facilities. The condo hotel will offer modified hotel services such as housekeeping and maintenance, so owners can enjoy time at their residence without the hassle of upkeep. Additionally, owners will have the option of generating income by utilizing the resort’s professionally managed short-term rental program to lease their units for the night, weekend or weeks at a time.
