Land sells in Simpsonsville for Five Forks Athletics new location

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the sale of approximately 3.99 acres of land situated along 400 Scuffletown Road in Simpsonville, South Carolina.
Five Forks Athletics purchased the land from Clear Spring Fire-Rescue for $300,000 for their new location expected to be open Q4 2018.
