Land Sold in Mount Pleasant for future development

CHARLESTON, SC – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 0.88 acres of land situated along 3509 Salterback Street in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
MLD Properties, LLC purchased the land from East Bay Company Ltd. for $210,000 for future development.
Mark Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
