Land sold in North Charleston, SC for concrete plant

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 3.84 acres of heavy industrial land situated along Pace Street in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Port City Concrete Land, LLC purchased the land from XJM Company, LLC for $800,000 to house their future North Charleston concrete plant.
