Langston Black Welcomes New Broker Griffin to Lead Business Brokerage Division

GREER, SC – January 3, 2010 – Mark Griffin joined Langston Black Real Estate in Greer, SC, where he will be heading up a new business brokerage division.
Griffin has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than a decade. Prior to joining Langston Black, he provided real estate, development, brokerage services and site/market feasibility consulting to many investors and landowners in the southeast.
In his new role, Griffin will primarily focus on business brokerage. In addition, he will also be providing commercial real estate services for his clients, which include corporate site selection, land/site due diligence, business relocations and expansion consulting, as well as sell/leaseback arrangements.
Griffin is a certified business broker and a licensed real estate broker in both South Carolina and Georgia. He is a graduate of Clemson University, holding a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture.
