Last Call for North Main Corridor Façade Improvement Program Applications

COLUMBIA, SC – The City of Columbia Office of Business Opportunities North Main Corridor Façade Improvement Program is coming to a close.
The last date to submit North Main Corridor Façade Improvement Program applications is Monday, June 30, 2014 by 5 p.m. All applications must be complete. Incomplete applications are deemed ineligible and will be returned to the candidate.
Applications and guidelines can be found on the Office of Business Opportunities website at www.columbiasc.net/obo.
Through the Façade Improvement Program, 25 projects along Main and North Main Streets, between Elmwood Avenue and I-20, have been awarded loans.
Over $197,000 in public funds and $63,000 in private funds have been invested in the target area. Many projects are in their final stage of construction and several candidates are completing the last applications that will be accepted.
