Laurens County 4-H Stars Shine Bright: Head to South Carolina Contest

Two Laurens County 4-H members will represent the Upstate Region at the SC 4-H Presentation Contest.
Hailey Karns will give her presentation titled, “Canine Good Citizen”, describing how to train a dog to sucessfully complete the CGC program.
Brooklyn New will present, “How to Make a Food Plot”, detailing the steps she has used through participating in the SC 4-H Wildlife Food Plot Project.
Hailey and Brooklyn were the top scoring Senior and Junior presenters at the Laurens County 4-H Presentation Contest held on January 4th. They proceeded to the Upstate Regional Contest, where they also received top scores in their respective age divisions. This qualified them to take part in the SC 4-H Presentation Contest held at Camp Long in Aiken on February 9th.
