Laurens County Democratic Party to hold county-wide School Supply Drive.

Locations in Clinton, Gray Court, Waterloo and Laurens
On Saturday, July 30 the Laurens County Democratic Party will be collecting school supplies for children in need throughout the county at multiple sites. This is in collaboration with the South Carolina Democratic Party’s 100 Days Out Day of Action, leading up to the election in November. Donations can be brought from Noon to 4pm to the following locations:
Gray Court Town Hall
Waterloo Community Center
Laurens Library in Clinton
Laurens Library Main Branch
As a party, we believe it’s important for those that have plenty to share with those less fortunate. Politics aside, no one wants to see children go without the necessary supplies to be successful in their education. We all benefit from an educated populace, when our workforce knows how to solve problems, and has the background knowledge to do so efficiently. We all enjoy having intelligent conversations with our friends, and that requires a quality education available to all children. We appreciate any assistance the people of Laurens County can provide for these students.
