Layered Pea Salad

Rows and layers of fresh garden produce with a touch of crispy bacon on top makes this salad irresistible.

 

 Ingredients:

  • 8 cups Organic Power Greens (such as spinach and kale)
  • 2 cups Iceburg or butter lettuce, chopped or sliced
  • 1 can baby peas
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing, preservative-free
  • ¼ cup finely shredded cheese, any kind
  • 4 slices of crispy, preservative-free bacon, pieces

 

Directions:

  1.  Layer ingredients in order given.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
