LCK promotes Doug Vincent to Senior Project Manager

LCK, the project management partner of Colliers | South Carolina, is pleased to announce Doug Vincent’s promotion to Senior Project Manager. Vincent has been part of the LCK upstate team since joining the firm in early 2020 and has led numerous projects to successful completion during his tenure.
A recent signature project which Doug successfully completed was the 63,000-square-foot renovation at 101 North Main Street in Greenville for Canal Insurance. The Class A space accommodated the relocation of their corporate headquarters to a downtown, Main Street location and included customized space with new furnishings. He is also currently involved in several projects for Greenville Spartanburg International Airport.
Doug’s role as Senior Project Manager includes serving as owner’s representative/project manager for LCK renovation and ground up construction projects. “Doug has demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving. He has been instrumental in ensuring the successful planning, management and timely delivery of assigned projects,” said Scott Rush, Director of Project Management Services for LCK in the upstate. “This promotion is a reflection of his outstanding performance and dedication to LCK’s clients.”
