LCK provides Project Management Services for new AVANTech, Inc. headquarters

COLUMBIA, SC – LCK recently completed a project management assignment to renovate 123,000 square feet for AVANTech, Inc., a comprehensive industrial water treatment solutions provider.  AVANTech creates integrated solutions which dramatically improve operations in industrial, commercial, power and nuclear power applications.

Matt Montgomery of LCK managed the renovation of 2050 American Italian Way to create a tech-savvy look for AVANTech’s new 9,000 square foot office space and 114,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space to support the company’s manufacturing equipment.  LCK’s scope included not only the management of the design, engineering and construction of the project, but also portions of AVANTech’s furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Montgomery, LCK’s project manager, has over 10 years of project expertise in renovations and green field construction of office, industrial and hi-tech facilities.  He has served in nearly every aspect of the development process and brings an extensive knowledge to all projects.
