Leadership Discovery announces Fall 2018 graduates

Leadership Discovery, a leadership development program by the Charleston Metro Chamber, has announced the Fall 2018 graduates. The program is an innovative, skills-based experience that allows members the opportunity to learn from experienced executives in the Charleston region.

We were connected with many wonderful leaders from a variety of industries, who were kind enough to share their leadership styles and experiences. • B. Heath Beam, a passionate wealth management advisor and Principal with Singular Private Wealth, P.C.
  Chief Reggie Burgess, the Chief of the North Charleston Police Department who now serves the very city he grew up in
• Lorraine Lutton, President and Chief Executive Officer of Roper St. Francis Healthcare, Charleston’s second largest private employer
• Jamie and Jeff Tozzi, two leaders from Microsoft, a company that needs no introduction
• Chris Van Metre, President and CEO of Advanced Technology International (ATI), a company that leads federally-funded programs with a combined contract value exceeding $16 billion

Participants in Leadership Discovery received personalized DISC assessments by Jean Meeks-Koch, Ph.D., CEO and Founder of Positively People. During monthly sessions, they networked, attended a business etiquette dinner and honed their personal and professional skills. Additionally, five top leaders in our region shared their personal leadership stories, offered unique perspectives and answered questions.
