League of Women Voters of Columbia Area provides website with election information

June 4, 2024

The League of Women Voters of the Columbia Area (LWVCA) offers a nonpartisan online election information resource at the website VOTE411.org. VOTE411 is a “one-stop shop” source of election information. With VOTE411, you can register to vote, check your voter registration, and find which races and candidates will be on your ballot. In addition to providing candidate contact information, VOTE411 includes candidate responses to questions about pertinent issues. LWVCA provides these nonleading questions to the candidates then publishes their responses verbatim (no editing).  Finally, VOTE411 also includes up to date procedures for absentee voting, early voting dates and rules, and polling location information.

“VOTE411 is the nation’s premiere nonpartisan online election resource.  The League of Women Voters of the Columbia Area has published its voter guide on VOTE411 to serve as a resource for voters throughout the Columbia area,” says David Smith, Interim President of LWVCA.
