Lee & Associates Charleston’s Thomas Buist, SIOR represented the Seller, Commerce 917, LLC, while Bob Nuttall, SIOR, CPM and J. Miles Barkley represented the Buyer, LCJ Holdings 917 LLC, in the sale of 917 Commerce Circle for $2,600,000.

The industrial facility is centrally located about half a mile from the North Rhett Avenue and Remount Road Intersection.  917 Commerce Circle consists of approximately 3,473 SF of office space and approximately 22,087 SF of warehouse and manufacturing space. A 13,166 SF area of the building is air-conditioned, making it well-equipped for the new owner’s apparel business.
