Lee & Associates Greenville opens satellite office in Spartanburg

Lee & Associates Greenville announced that Adam D. Padgett, SIOR and Jordan Skellie will be joining our team with the opening of our new satellite office in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Adam D. Padgett, SIOR will be joining our team as Executive Vice President / Principal and will be managing our Spartanburg office. He will be focusing his time on representing industrial owners/users and development projects. Adam has over thirteen years’ experience in industrial and commercial real estate.
Jordan Skellie will be joining our team as Senior Associate / Principal and will be focusing his time on industrial and warehouse properties and projects. Jordan joins us with a history in the industrial real estate market and prior to that he spent his time working in construction management.
Our satellite office will be located at: 320 East Main Street, Suite 430, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29302.
