Lexington Health opens Blythewood Medical Park, expanding access to primary care
December 19, 2025Located at 230 Red Hawk Way in Blythewood, the new 21,300-square-foot medical facility is now home to Blythewood Family Medicine, a Lexington Health physician practice.
Additional services will be added in 2026, when Lexington Women’s Care Blythewood and Lexington Health Physical Therapy open within the medical park, further expanding access to comprehensive, coordinated care close to home.
Blythewood Family Medicine offers a full spectrum of primary care services for children and adults and is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The practice is staffed by Jarvis J. Johnson, MD; Trevor Morris, MD; Chanelle Jackson, FNP; and Stacy West, FNP.
Services include:
- Preventive care and well visits
- Same-day sick appointments
- Women’s health services
- In-office laboratory services
- Minor procedures
- On-site X-ray services
- Advanced cardiac diagnostics
- Diabetic and weight management
- On-site general ultrasound
- Pulmonary function testing
