Life Cycle Engineering recognized as a best place to work for 13th consecutive year

June 26, 2018

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) today announced it has made the 2018 list as one of the best places to work in South Carolina. 2018 marks the thirteenth anniversary of the Best Places to Work program in South Carolina and the thirteenth consecutive year LCE has received this prestigious workplace award.

This survey-and-awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the state of South Carolina, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The list is made up of 75 companies.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

“I consider this the best accolade a company can earn,” said Bob Fei, president and chief executive officer at LCE. “For employees to consider LCE a great place to work, year after year, means that we’re succeeding in sustaining a work culture that respects the whole person. Our experience tells us that helping our employees do what they do best translates into delivering great results for our customers.”

This year’s winners will be recognized at a reception and dinner, presented by Colonial Life, on August 2, 2018, and the rankings will be published in the August 2018 issue of SCBIZ magazine.
