Life Cycle Engineering recognized as a Best Place to Work for 14th consecutive year

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) announced it has made the 2019 list as one of the best places to work in South Carolina. 2019 marks the fourteenth anniversary of the Best Places to Work program in South Carolina and the fourteenth consecutive year LCE has received this prestigious workplace award.
This survey-and-awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the state of South Carolina, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The list is made up of 75 total companies.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
