Life Cycle Institute Offers Speed of Trust® Simulation

April 13, 2010

CHARLESTON, SC – April 1, 2010 – The Life Cycle Institute, Life Cycle Engineering’s education group, has added a new resource: the Speed of Trust® Simulation. This resource includes a discovery learning board simulation and other learning modules based on Stephen M. R. Covey’s book of the same title. The Life Cycle Institute is incorporating this powerful simulation into existing courses such as Leading People, Leading Organizational Change and Reliability Excellence for Managers (RxM). The Speed of Trust® Simulation will also be offered as a one-day trust building event to our clients.

American business leaders are facing a trust crisis. A recent article in the Wall Street Journal noted that the “Edelman Trust Barometer study, an annual survey of business trust and credibility, saw trust among U.S. businesses drop an unprecedented 20 percentage points in just one year.” Now more than ever, trust is a requirement for organizations that wish to forge meaningful connections in the marketplace.

In a trusting environment people do not have to spend their time negotiating lengthy contracts or following up to make sure things are done. Trust is speed and speed is a competitive advantage that produces results.

The Speed of Trust® Simulation teaches participants practical and actionable skills that they can implement immediately regardless of their role in an organization. This highly interactive business simulation engages leaders at all levels in the real work of identifying and closing trust gaps. Click here to review the course’s learning objectives.

The Life Cycle Institute is one of only a few organizations certified to deliver this cutting-edge resource. For more information please contact Dan Anderson at [email protected].
