Live Music Fills Downtown Fountain Inn with Performances Throughout the Week

Music lovers in the Golden Strip will have several opportunities to enjoy live performances this week as local venues across downtown Fountain Inn host a lineup of regional musicians.

Beginning midweek and continuing through the weekend, multiple restaurants and entertainment spots are featuring artists from around the Upstate, offering a mix of classic rock, country, pop favorites, and acoustic performances.

Gregg Grimaldo

Local musician Gregg Grimaldo will kick off the week with a performance Wednesday evening at Voodoo Brewing Co., located at 105 E. Jones Street. Grimaldo is scheduled to perform classic rock favorites from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Whiskey’s Rhythm

On Friday night, the Greer-based acoustic duo Whiskey’s Rhythm will perform at The Mill at Fountain Inn, 100 Ellison Street. The husband-and-wife team is known for blending rock, country, and pop hits spanning the 1970s to today. Their performance is scheduled for 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Micki & Bob

Also performing Friday evening will be the Simpsonville trio Micki & Bob, who will take the stage at The Wine Fountain, located at 112 S. Main Street. The group will play a wide range of popular songs from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Cody Blackwell

Local performer Cody Blackwell will bring a mix of rock, country, and 1980s pop hits to Fountain Inn Taproom, 101 N. Main Street, on Friday night. His show is scheduled from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Jefferson Thomas

Closing out the weekend lineup, Upstate singer-songwriter Jefferson Thomas will perform Saturday evening at Voodoo Brewing Co. from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

With multiple venues offering free live music across downtown, the week provides plenty of chances for residents and visitors to enjoy local talent while supporting Fountain Inn’s growing arts and entertainment scene.
