Local luxury design + build firm brings home top award for the thirteenth consecutive year

Gabriel Builders was awarded the Pinnacle Award for Best New Home Construction in the $5,000,000 and above category by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina. These awards recognize the craftsmanship of the best home builders and remodelers in the state.
The winning home, called “Keowee Manor”, is located in the prestigious community of The Cliffs on Lake Keowee. The mountain setting and beautiful waters of Lake Keowee, provide the perfect backdrop for this 12,199 sq. ft. 8 bedroom, 14 bath home. The legacy home was designed by Gabriel Homes to feature such notable items as streetlights from Avalon, France; antique doors from Pennsylvania; and wood beams from an old cotton gin in North Carolina.
Winners will be highlighted in the upcoming S.C. Builder Journal and presented on the S.C. Department of Commerce and the S.C. Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism websites to emphasize the craftsmanship and quality of S.C. residential builders.
Since 2008, Gabriel Builders has taken home at least one Pinnacle Award every year and has won more of these prestigious awards than any custom builder in the state of South Carolina.
