The Lord Berkeley Conservation Trust, established in 1992 to help resolve local land use matters. The goal in all of the Lord Berkeley’s every transaction is to develop strategies that both create conservation outcomes for the land and satisfy the particular needs for the landowner. This often involves the use of conservation easement, which protects properties from extensive subdivision and development but allows them to remain productive and in private hands.
