Harbor Commercial Partners, LLC arranges Sale in Summerville, South Carolina.
GVII-LRC FOL Owner, LLC, a joint venture between LRC Properties and affiliates of GEM Realty Capital, acquired the Fruit of the Loom owned and operated property, a 753,222-square-foot Class A Distribution facility that had announced its plans to cease operation at this location earlier this year.
Located at 1116 Business Park Road, the building was sold by Union Underwear Company inc. New ownership has plans to retrofit the property and market the building for lease.
Brokers Tradd Varner, SIOR and Todd Garrett CCIM, SIOR of Harbor Commercial Partners, LLC represented the purchaser in the transaction.
