LS3P Announces New Custom Residential Leadership

GREENVILLE, SC – May 1, 2012 – LS3P Associated, Ltd. announces new leadership within its custom residential division, Neal Prince Studio. John Edwards, AIA, Matt Tindall, AIA, LEED© Green Associate, and Scott Crichton, AIA, LEED© AP, will collectively manage the residential design studio and generate new business opportunities.
John Edwards oversees internal organization and acts as liaison to LS3P management; Matt Tindall leads design and marketing opportunities in the surrounding resort communities; and Scott Crichton leads sustainable initiatives and Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts.
This leadership team will focus on the design of custom homes, residential renovations and additions, historic residential structures, and resort community amenities. Neal Prince Studio operates with the support of a talented design staff that includes Kirsten Schoettelkotte, Lee Henderson and Dean Oang. This collaborative leadership model creates a vibrant, design focused environment where each project benefits from careful study and shared insight.
