LS3P congratulates new architect Rohit Patel

LS3P congratulates Rohitkumar Patel on achieving architectural licensure. In addition to completing required training hours in diverse experience categories, Patel recently passed all seven divisions of the Architect Registration Examination. Patel, who joined the firm’s Columbia office in 2008, earned a Master of Science in Architecture from Mississippi State University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cept University in Ahmedabad, India. His diverse portfolio includes K-12, higher education, hospitality, and corporate projects at firms in Ahmedabad, Zurich, and Atlanta.
His recent project work includes the Richland Two Institute for Innovation (R2i2) in Columbia, an interactive learning hub offering educational resources and collaboration space for the community, which opened to the public in the fall of 2016.
