LS3P welcomes Human Resources leader

LS3P welcomed Heather Pierce, MBA, PMP, who joins the firm as Human Resources Leader. Pierce brings over 15 years of comprehensive HR experience, including significant leadership roles in the AEC industry. In addition to holding the highest accreditation by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), Pierce holds a Master of Science in Project Management as well as a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Hollins University.  She is extremely knowledgeable in both Human Resources theory and practice as well as skilled at project management.

George E. Temple IV, AIA, LEED AP, LS3P’s Executive Vice President of Business, believes Pierce’s expertise will be an invaluable addition to LS3P’s Business Support team. “Heather brings a wealth of knowledge in best practice HR initiatives and a strong business and project management acumen,” Temple says. “She has an impressive track record of service with a number of highly respected firms in the area.  We are excited about the energy and expertise she adds to our team.”

Pierce will lead HR initiatives for the LS3P’s eight offices, and will be based in Charleston.
