LS3P welcomes Katie Arant

LS3P welcomes Interior Design Practice Professional, Katie Arant in the Columbia office. A 2014 graduate of Anderson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Arant started her career with furniture dealers handling product specifications, space planning and 3D imaging. Before coming on board with LS3P in late 2024, Arant worked with a consulting firm to institutions of higher learning where, as a senior project manager, she gained a depth of experience with the Office of State Engineer’s processes and procedures, as well as scope and budget development.
“With more than 10 years of experience in interior design from commercial furniture design and client relations to project management and oversight, Katie brings a holistic perspective to projects. Her collaborative nature, proactive approach and attention to detail are a welcomed addition to our other talented team members,” according to Allen Taylor, AIA, LS3P’s Columbia Office Leader.
Inspired by her family, rooted in a history of woodworking and construction, Arant takes pride in designing spaces that are beautiful, yet efficient for the end user. Married to her high school sweetheart, Arant and her husband have two (2) children with a third on the way!
