LS3P’s Charleston office recognizes outstanding team members

LS3P congratulates five Charleston team members who were recently recognized for exemplary efforts. These recognitions were announced at LS3P’s annual meeting on May 5, held each year in May to celebrate the anniversary of its founding.

Controller Michael Ditchfield, CPA, was recognized as an Associate Principal with the firm. Ditchfield joined LS3P in 2015 and has since been integral to maintaining firm operations.

Higher Education Sector Leader Kelly Hosack, AIA, LEED AP, EDAC, was also recognized as an Associate Principal. Joining the firm in 2019, Hosack brings over 16 years of experience in the design of education and healthcare projects nationwide. She was named Higher Education Sector Leader in 2021.

Project Accountant Melissa Strickland was recognized as a Senior Associate. Since joining LS3P in 2018, Strickland has served as a firmwide resource for accounting and knowledge management.

Marketing Specialist Megan Bilgri and Construction Contracts Administrator John A. Pettit, RA, were recognized as Associates with the firm. Bilgri joined LS3P in 2019 and has since specialized in proactive marketing, including social media management, public relations, and website development in addition to contributing to the firm’s responsive marketing efforts. Joining the firm in 2018, Pettit brings over 30 years of architectural and construction experience and has contributed to a diverse portfolio of workplace, hospitality, and education projects.
