Madeline Leach joins professional recruiting firm Forge Search as recruiter

Madeline Leach has joined Greenville-based Forge Search + Consulting as a recruiter after six years working in the higher education industry.
Leach spent almost four years working in college recruitment for Georgetown University Law Center and Furman University where her duties included managing the applicant caseload through every stage of the admissions and scholarship process, relationship building with high school staff, planning and engaging in recruitment travel, school visits, and campus recruitment events, and collaborating with C-suite staff and other internal stakeholders on group interviews and recruitment strategies. Prior to her work as admissions counselor and admissions officer, she served as a senior sales development representative within the meetings and event industry. Forge Search is a rapidly-growing professional recruiting firm that primarily recruits within the fields of accounting & finance, marketing & sales, and engineering.
