Mark Burgess promoted to Vice President and Controller of Colliers | South Carolina

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Mark Burgess, CPA has been elected Vice President and Controller.

Burgess joined Colliers | South Carolina in 2017 as Real Estate Management Services (REMS) Accounting Manager. He was promoted to Controller in 2019 and took on the additional responsibilities of managing the corporate accounting functions. As Vice President, Burgess will take on an increased leadership role in accounting and finance as the Company continues to grow.

Prior to joining Colliers, Burgess had almost eight years of property accounting and reporting experience with an industry-leading real estate investment trust. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, and earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2007.
