Marketing commences for Carolina Commerce Center

New 330,000 square foot industrial development in Greer, SC 

McDonald Development has awarded Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer the exclusive leasing assignment for Carolina Commerce Center in Greer, South Carolina. Located just off Hwy 80 at GSP International Airport, the new development will feature a 330,000 square foot industrial building that will have 32’ clear height trailer parking and ESFR sprinkler in addition to other modern amenities. Carolina Commerce Center can also accommodate users from 30,000 to 130,000 square feet on two additional sites. The location was specifically chosen due to proximity to BMW, the inland port, I-85 and the convenience to both Greenville and Spartanburg.

The Greenville industrial team at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer was chosen due to their background and success in leasing other speculative parks in the region. Combined, the team leased over 1,000,000 square feet and sold over 1,000,000 square feet in 2017.  Brian Young, CCIM, SIOR, Elliott Fayssoux, and Kacie Jackson make up the Greenville industrial team.
