Marwin, a leader in the manufacturing industry, announced that it has been awarded the South Carolina Business Partner Award for Congressional District 2 by the South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Association. This award recognizes Marwin’s role in fostering an inclusive work environment and meaningful job opportunities for disabled adults.

The SCVRA empowers individuals with disabilities to achieve independence and success through job training and employment support. This hands-on training equips them with the practical experience needed to confidently enter and excel in the workforce.

“We are incredibly honored to receive this award,” said Caroline Collins, the Director of HR at Marwin. “There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the positive impact that meaningful employment can have on people’s lives. Our partnership has been a great success, and we are deeply grateful for this collaboration.”

Marwin’s collaboration with the SCVRA reflects its long-lasting commitment to employing community members from all backgrounds and cultures. The company looks forward to continuing its shared mission with SCVRA to empower individuals with disabilities and create sustainable career pathways.
