Mary Winter Teaster of Colliers relocates Goodwyn Mills Cawood to 915 Lady Street

Colliers | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC in the lease of 3,719 square feet of office space at 915 Lady Street. The ±14,114-square-foot historic warehouse was built in 1932 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The one-story brick building first premiered as a location for the National Biscuit Company, now known as Nabisco, located in the heart of the Vista district. 915 Lady Street was renovated in 2017 into Class A loft office spaces with high ceilings, exposed brick walls and original glass roll-up doors that merge the indoor and outdoor space.
